The system allows stirrup to rotate 360 degrees or it can be locked into any postition for maximum comfort and also allows the fender to lay flat against the riders knee. Guaranteed to relieve knee and ankle strain. Complete with 4 1/2 deep aluminum stirrup with cushioned rubber insert.
