You'll need to contact customer service to get the gift card
As others have mentioned in the feedback. You have to contact them about the gift cards or you will never receive them. Waited over a week until I reached customer service asking for my gift card purchases. They sent the codes right away but it's still a unnecessary hassle. They need to find a better system when it comes to their gift cards cause this is obviously a continuous problem.

Easy purchasing experience
I didn't exactly know what to get my daughter-in-law for Christmas, but she has horses, and the gift card turned out to be an excellent choice so she could purchase something she could actually use.

I'm sure the merchandise is great and that the gift card will be well used and much appreciated. However, I was not happy with my experience. I asked for this card to be delivered as a Christmas Present. On the website checkout, I chose delivery, I entered the address of the recipient, and then I got an email confirming that it would be delivered. However, it was never delivered. Instead, it came to me via email. Very disappointing.

The gift certificate was not automatically sent. I had to contact customer support to have it emailed. Recipient hasn't used it yet so no comment on that process.
