From the original Tory Leather - MADE IN USA. This congress style halter has San Jose style plates. The plates have a stunning floral pattern of copper over a black background that looks good on any color of horse. The black and copper take on different shades and tones against different colors. The silver outline and beads bring the whole design together and set if off beautifully. Clear crystals are present in the centers of the floral pattern.
