The Dublin Ladies Monarch Waterproof Jacket is made from 100% polyester woven twill with membrane. This waterproof jacket features a mesh lining, along with an adjustable gusset at the back. Further included are a vented back to allow for airflow and a fold away hood that fits over a helmet.
