Special reduced-thickness area along the center of the pad complete with vent holes to provide important spinal relief for your horse. Dimpled neoprene top and polyurethane bottom so this pad stays put when placed under your current saddle blanket or pad. We also found that this pad also works well directly under the saddle (on top of the saddle pad or blanket) and added a totally new luxury ride feel in the saddle.
