Badly Misrepresented

I ship weanling foals across the US and to Canada and Mexico and provide halters for them, I ordered 25 of these weanling size halters, these halters must be mini sized, the halters i received wouldnt fit a week old foal, I cannot imagine the suckling foal size to be much smaller unless it was a suckling mini. The weanling halters i received are too small to fit any normal sized weanling horse and are completely useless to me
