Very sturdy. Leather is of the quality you would expect at this price point. Have used it a few times and so far meets all of my needs

Does the job, not for long term use.
There price is great. It is what you would expect for price. Leather not to quality, almost seemed laminated or cheaper seal that will crack easy over time. Girth buckles not great for the grab is too long and it is not very secure. Totally worth getting for basic general training and long lining. Not ment for long life or hard use. Great price for trying it out or want something if it gets damaged you won't be upset.

this surcingle is of excellent quality very very similar to one that is 3 x the price elsewhere...very happy with it
