Ovation Helmet Visor

I can't write a review for this product, because I never received it. I ordered it over a week ago, AND paid extra for expedited shipping, so I would have it for a show on this past Saturday. I ended up fixing my visor with duct tape and a black Sharpie--good thing I have one of those velveteen helmet covers. Lisa in Customer Service was very helpful; she explained that the supplier had a cyber attack this past week, and that caused a delay in filling orders. I can understand that, but what I can't understand is why HorseLoverZ did not contact me to inform me of this delay. I consider that very shoddy business practice. I have cancelled the order, and will NEVER use this company again. They offered me a $10 gift certificate;I told them to keep it.
