      Sent me a damaged hat. Hat band torn off of hat.
      The hat came damaged with the hat band torn off of one side and several oil spots on the crown. I can deal with the oil spots but it was extremely disappointing to open the box and have the hat damaged when sent to me. Whoever packaged this hat had to see the band was torn off of one side completely and left hanging. Now I have to fix it. Website doesn't allow for upload of image even though it offers it. I know because I tried. Hit the upload button. Nothing happens. This was my first and only purchase from them. Thanks but no thanks.
